Important conditions

Provisional package: hotels, transport times and inclusions are confirmed in your written quote. Prices depend on travel dates, room type and availability. Christmas, New Year, Easter and Uganda school holidays book up early. Park and conservation fees are set by the authorities and can change.

Payment and cancellation

A deposit secures your booking after you approve the written quote; the balance is due before travel. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on hotel, airline and park rules. The terms in your quote and our Booking & Cancellation Policy apply.
