Choose by budget

Three comfort levels on every trip

Every GeoGrants package can be built at three levels, so one itinerary can suit different budgets:

  • Value — clean, comfortable, well-located hotels.
  • Comfort — 3–4 star hotels and resorts with pools and good food.
  • Premium — 4–5 star beachfront resorts and boutique stays.

The biggest cost differences usually come from how you travel (flight, coach or train), the season, and room type. We show each option clearly in your quote.

When to go

Kenya through the year

A general guide — weather varies from year to year, so ask us before you book.

December to March

Hot, sunny and popular on the Coast. Uganda's long school holiday falls here, so book family trips early.

April to June

The long rains. Quieter and often better value; some coastal hotels close for maintenance around May and June.

July to October

Dry and breezy. Cool mornings and evenings in Nairobi — pack a jacket. Good for safaris and kitesurfing in Diani.

November

Short rains, usually in brief showers. A good-value window before the December peak.
